190g roll of Salted Butter produced from the Guernsey herd at Briddlesford Farm.
The Briddlesford Herd is acknowledged as one of the leading pedigree Guernsey herds in the UK and regularly features in the annual awards at the English Guernsey Cattle Society.
The family has been making butter at Briddlesford since their arrival in 1923. However, due to the changing nature of the dairy industry in recent years they stopped production and focused primarily on milk. Recently this all changed and they are now back producing butter and it is seriously good.
Tip: Keep it simple – spread an indulgent layer on a slice of crispy toast or fresh baguette and simply enjoy the rich flavour of Guernsey butter.
